It was not too long ago that we stumbled upon the detailed renderings of a contemporary home in Romania with a vintage touch by Stoica Mario of Ezzo Design and now it is the turn of Uglyanitsa Alexander, who showcases interiors that are spacious, stylish and perfect for a modern duplex that wishes to incorporate a touch of old world charm along with sleek modern design.
The renderings visualize a loft-like residence intended for a Minsk, Belarus project and the interiors crafted by the designer balance out bright and beautiful hues with warm tones and a soothing setting.
The intention of Uglyanitsa Alexander is to play on the very basic ‘bones’ that make up the home and integrate them visually into the design aspect, instead of just hiding them away with wood or stone. The bar brick walls and the exposed copper pipes have been seamlessly coupled with the other modern décor to create a raw, yet aesthetic setting that draws you in with its unassuming charm.
The stylish central fireplace in the living room is the focal point around which all else revolves while the plush parrot green cushions, futuristic pendant lamps that have been gracefully placed, the wooden kitchen counter with stone countertop and the simple staircase that leads to the upper level add on to complete the savvy space.
Tones of copper have been generously used while the extravagant use of glass as one of the walls ensures that there is always ample natural ventilation.
How do you like it? Too much of an industrial feel or just about right for your taste?
