The Damon House is one of those simple and comfortable residences built to support a family-based lifestyle. This particular project designed by Lewis and Schoeplein Architects is a down to earth example of a modern, simple and effective architecture enhanced by the interior display of modern furniture and personalized decor items. The renovation took down many of the interior walls to create a larger and brighter space, connected by different architectural elements into one fantastic residence.
Displaying a natural color palette accentuated by colorful elements insertions, the Damon House used to be a home made of small spaces connected by a long and dark hallway. Now, the single-story residence features a modern layout that allows the family to grow while benefiting from a bright, modern space where entertaining and relaxation go hand in hand. By defining different zones, the architects created a seamless link to the covered outdoor garden, allowing the family to enjoy fresh air and great weather.
