Casa Del Cabo, designed by Andrés Remy Arquitectos is a modern dream house that displays a unique architecture language, just as promises by the architects. Located in Buenos Aires, Argentina, the house features north oriented volumes that capture beautiful views of the neighbouring lake. The Argentinean architects constructed the house for a couple with grown kids that needed a modern oasis of peace and beautiful, contemporary spaces for entertaining guests. A semi-covered space links the street with an outdoor living area via a garage.

A double-height indoor garden thrones in the living room, creating a fresh and vivid atmosphere. This space was designed to aid air circulation and brings a little indirect sunlight inside. By strategically placing the pool on the edge of the lot – where it gets sun all day long – the architects created an interesting stair-like effect that open up the view to the lake.
