Modern lighting is a result of combining technology with great design. The Batucada dented lamp, created by Brazilian Jahara Studio is a perfect example of a striking contemporary appearance and functionality.

Hand-hammered in aluminium, the Batucada Light is available in different bold colours that accentuate the uniqueness of the Brazilian carnival parties they represent. Instruments used in the carnival parties are mostly made out of tins and cans, a side deeply used by the designers to express the unicity and colourfulness of life.

Created for ViaLight, the Batucada lamps are also reminiscent of the classic industrial metal lamps of the 20th century. They create a feeling of mixed arts in the room while standing tall on their crane-like bodies. Enjoy designer Brunno Jahara‘s work in your home or office.
