Renovating can transform a dark and claustrophobic space into a light and airy residence. The Lowry Hill Aerie is a clear statement of the redesigning powers of Peterssen/Keller Architecture. They transformed the third floor of a 1920s Tudor duplex into a modern and open living space. The slanted ceilings and dormer windows offer an interesting design and the white paint accentuates the brightness of the interior. An amazing, ample bathroom features custom glass mosaic tile in deep shades of blue, grey and dark blue. The modern bathtub elegantly dominates the bathroom entrance and a glamorous skylight allows the accent to fall on one of the inhabitant’s favourite art piece.
