This unbelievable holiday residence on the shore of lake Nieslyzs was designed by Polish Architecture Studio Tamizo.
A confirmation of the concept of ‘less is more’, this single story Polish home manages to be a mixture of straightforward and symbolic. The Lake House conveys both freshness and austerity through the ingenious combination of the traditional gable roof house shape, in Scandinavian gray wood finish, with the contemporary and minimalist ‘white box’ concrete frame.
The simple landscaping is very appropriate, with rocks, subtle green herbs and bushes along the stairs made from vast concrete slabs for an oriental and minimalist touch.
