The Redmond Street Houses in Melbourne, Australia, are two beautiful residential buildings constructed in symmetry, next to each other. Built on top of a hill overlooking the Yarra River and Studley Park in Melbourne, the double home consists of two cubes joined by a large rectangle reaching for the sky. Creative minds from Bojan Simic Architecture knew how to give this home an impressive facade: the skillion roof and curved timber screen push the boundaries of usual architecture and give a unique representation of a family home. White and grey were used for the outside design as a means of accentuating the overall design. On the inside, this home features contemporary furniture and an inviting combination of wood, glass and metal guarantee comfort, style and a modern set for the inhabitants.
